Evaluates random samples of document types and reports findings to management. Identifies possible training issues, error trends, reports findings accordingly and follows through on Quality Assurance findings, suggests process improvements and provides support/monitors/tracks for those improvements as required. Uses established call monitoring system (Witness or other) to review random sampling of incoming calls to ensure quality standards are met. Aids in preparing quarterly reports to upper management and must be prepared to report on QA material to colleagues and subordinates with efficiency and accuracy. Performs administrative activities, including compiling, storing, tracking, and retrieving data for reports. Ability to travel as required. Maintains a thorough knowledge of MSP statutes, regulations, MSPRC computer systems and MSPRC Standard Operating Procedures, including primary contract operations in the functional areas of the MSPRC call center and MSP correspondence from beneficiaries, attorneys, and other insurance companies. Proven understanding and applications of government documentation standards are essential as is the proven ability to work independently or under only general direction. Able to quantify figures for management review via Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or other querying software. Reports must be sufficiently controlled and archived in such a manner that each QA Specialist can present QA information necessary to management upon request. Knowledge of data warehousing and extraction. Maintains confidentiality and upholds standards for privacy and data integrity and security. Works in a team environment and is expected to assist other team members as needed while maintaining the integrity of applicable MSPRC Standard Operating Procedures. Trains co-workers on work processes as requested by management. Determines and documents appropriate guidelines for all quality assurance measurements.
